I aim to help you feel better and ready to move forward positively in your life as quickly as possible. I believe everyone can achieve lasting change, and I’m here to help you tap into your own strengths to make the positive changes you want.
In our sessions you’ll find a friendly, non-judgemental space for making sense of whatever issues you’re facing. I use cognitive therapy, guided imagery, fast phobia and de-traumatising techniques and thoughtful, practical strategies to help you move forward. Sessions are online via Zoom during the week, with in-person appointments in Bath most weekends.
