My goal is to help you feel better and ready to move forward positively in your life as quickly as possible. In our sessions you’ll find a friendly, non-judgemental environment where we’ll discuss the issues you’re facing. I use cognitive therapy, guided imagery, fast phobia and de-traumatising techniques and thoughtful, practical strategies to help you move forward. Sessions typically take place online via Zoom or WhatsApp, with face-to-face sessions available in Bath for specific trauma or phobia work.
