Sessions and Fees

Whatever the difficulty, we’ll find time for laughter

Sessions are normally 90 minutes, allowing for more in-depth work, faster progress and fewer sessions needed overall.  75-minute sessions are available for clients who might find the full 90 minutes difficult.

Sessions take place online (via Zoom) throughout the week, so you can access therapy from anywhere, with in-person sessions held in central Bath most weekends.

Our first session will involve me listening carefully to your history, so we can fully understand what you want to change and agree clear goals for our work together. I use clinically validated outcome measures throughout, so we can both know our sessions together are helping.

We’ll book flexibly, session by session. You won’t need to agree to a fixed number of sessions or pay in advance, and you can end therapy at any time.

Session prices

90-minute session:  £130

75-minute session:  £110

NHS and self-funding students (90 minutes, online):  £110

Evening sessions:  £20 additional charge

Fees are invoiced after each session and payable by bank transfer or PayPal.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling, to avoid the full fee being payable.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

This depends entirely on the individual and the difficulties they bring. I typically see clients for between five and twenty sessions, with many reporting positive change after just two or three. There’s no ‘correct’ number of sessions, but I’ll aim to help you resolve your issues as quickly as possible.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly – whatever works best for you. We can decide this at our first session, and keep it flexible as we make progress.
