Sessions and Fees

Whatever the difficulty, we’ll find time for laughter.
Sessions are normally 90 minutes, allowing for more in-depth work, faster progress and fewer sessions needed. 75 minute sessions are available for clients who might find the full 90 minutes difficult.
Sessions usually take place online (Zoom) throughout the week, so you can access therapy from anywhere, and I also offer some in-person sessions in Bath on certain Saturdays and Sundays.
Our first sessions will involve me listening closely to your story, to fully understand exactly what you want to change, and agreeing clear goals for our therapy. I use clinically validated outcome measures throughout, so we can both be sure our sessions together are helping.
We’ll book flexibly, session by session. You won’t need to agree to a fixed number of sessions or pay in advance, and you can end therapy at any time.
Session prices
90-minute session: £120
75-minute session: £106
NHS and self-funding students (online, 75/90 minutes): £80 / £95
Evening sessions: £20 additional charge
Fees are invoiced each session and payable by bank transfer.
24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required, to avoid the full fee being payable.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This depends on the client and the problem they bring. I typically see clients for between five to fifteen sessions, with many saying they start feeling positive change after just two or three. I’ll aim to help resolve your issues in as few sessions as possible.
HOW OFTEN WILL MY SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly – whatever works best for you. We can decide this at our first session, and keep it flexible as we make progress.
